Tatham (Kick
Boxing Instructor)
Sebrena has been a cardio kick boxing instructor for
over 8 years. She is certified in kickboxing through AFAA,
Turbo Kick, C.O.R.E., Stability ball and strength training.
Serena's' class begins with a quick warm-up, shadow boxing, and
then 30-35 minutes of punching and kicking on the bags. Then rotates the
use of resistance bands, medicine/stability balls for a total
body workout, each class ends with push-ups, abdominal work, and
stretching. Sebrena will motivate you to get the workout
you so deserve. Block out a hour in your day timer. You
will see results fast! |

Roberto Martinez (Boxer & Personal Trainer)
Training with Roberto will take you to your limit and then show
you that there there are no boundaries.
Discover your own strength and redefine how you view
yourself. Roberto
has distinguished himself as a group instructor and personal
trainer. With over
10 experience in boxing and teaching the art of boxing, he has
done training for Silver Gloves, Golden Gloves, and Junior
Olympics. In April
of 2007 he trained candidates for the US Army vs. St. Louis
Fight.
Roberto brings a special gift to training.
He connects with his students on a personal level and
helps them establish and then exceed their goals.

teach basic boxing skills in striking, countering, and defense.
I provide a full body workout and a good cardio-vascular
workout. I want to
encourage self-esteem and confidence in my students.”

Christy Hamm (Class Instructor & Personal Trainer)
If you want spunky, variety, enthusiasm, and an unbelievable
workout, then check out Christy’s
classes! Christy can
teach it all, from Turbo Kick, Bootcamp, Pilates, Abs, Legs,
Lift, Strength and Endurance Training, Senior Fitness, Sculpt,
Hip Hop, to Salsa.
Christy is a certified Primary Group Exercise Instructor-AFAA,
Personal Trainer-AFAA, and Turbo Kick (Gold) Instructor.
Christy will be teaching
Turbo Kick. She
will be spice’n things up during the week with a variety of
formats. Her
versatility will keep this class innovative and challenging.

Angela |
Angela Mann (Class
Instructor)
Angela has been with The Boxing Gym since
August 2005; but she is no stranger to the fitness community.
Angela has been involved in fitness for over 15 years.
Various training knowledge relating to; dance, yoga,
weight lifting, and cardio kickboxing; will enable her to
transform your body into a fit, lean machine.
A lot of intense training goes into making you the best
you can be. If you
plan on taking her class, please be prepared to challenge
yourself to the limits!
With a combination of cardio, boxing bags, jump ropes,
fitness bands and weights; you will have the all over workout
you need to be a success in and out of the gym.
Angela says, “Remember to never give up on your dreams

Jeff |
Jeff Bima - The Xtreme Fighter, Class Instructor and
Personal Trainer (Professional Muay Thai, San Shou, American
Rules Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts
Jeff turned pro in 2002. He has compete in Muay Thai, San Shou,
american Rules Kickboxing and MMA.
Jeff is a certified USA Boxing Coach. Jeff has trained pro and
amateur fighters (boxing, kickboxing and MMA) for more than 5
years. Jeff has trained fighters for Silver & Golden Gloves. He
has worked as a Pro Corner/Cut man in 3 U.S. Titles and one
World Titl Kickboxing bouts.
Jeff teaches Muay Thai conditioning other wise known as
Muay Thai Mayhem. His class is not structured for the weary.
Expect the extreme of the extreme workout. He will put you
through the test. You will be throwing punches, kicks, knees,
elbows and throws on focus pads, mitts and heavy bags. You will
be working on your cardio and stamina at the same time.
Experience "true" fighter training with Jeff. Bring a towel and
water.

Ron Lovett (Class Instructor & Personal Trainer)
Ron joined The Boxing Gym as a member in 2007 and enjoyed the
classes and environment so much that he became a full time
trainer with us. Ron has 6 years of wrestling and various sports
conditioning experience. The Morning Wake Up class Ron instructs
brings you back to the basics, all the things you did growing up
in PE class plus plyometrics to get your metabolism jacked for
the work week. So if you are training for a fight or training
for life he will guide towards your goals. Ron says,
"Let ME show YOU what You can do!"

Amanda Spears (Turbo Kick Instructor & Class
Instructor)
Amanda is a certified Turbo Kick Instructor and a Personal
Trainer-AFAA.
Amanda will put you through a dynamic work out. She wants you to
“Be
all you can be.”
Yes, she is one of our nation's finest!
With her Army background, she knows the importance of
proper training.

(Amateur Boxer & Personal Trainer)
Cyndi got the boxing
“bug”
in the fall of 2002.
As a police officer, she competed in the Guns N’ Hoses Boxing Match for
BackStoppers. After
winning her first match, she desired to continue training.
When The Boxing Gym in O’Fallon,
MO opened in 2004, she was ready to train.
In 2006 Cyndi competed in the Guns N’
Hoses and again won her bout.
Cyndi thought the intense training at The Boxing Gym was
phenomenal. She
said, “It works!”
It is the only exercise program that has allowed her to have
her chocolate and Pepsi without severe repercussions.
Cyndi still has the
“boxing
bug.”
Now she and her husband, David, are owners of the newly
opened The Boxing Gym in
Maryland
Heights.
Cyndi is a certified Personal Trainer-AFPA and Turbo Kick
instructor. Her
classes range from an all around introduction to boxing to a
true hard core class.
Cyndi’s classes are structured
around the basic training strategies for boxers.
Cyndi’s
